TLA Associates purchased this building in 2001 to house its expanded corporate offices. Time was of the essence to complete construction of the upper two floors. The Keystone Group was retained to perform preconstruction scheduling and budgeting and to facilitate the permit process. After expediting the permit process and monitoring the design phase, Keystone completed the construction of this 22,000 square foot - two-floor space in just over six weeks. The scope of work included the complete demolition of the areas to be occupied, complete new public area restrooms, a dedicated computer server room, new wall and ceiling systems with associated sprinkler, mechanical, and electrical modifications and all new finishes. Floors were delivered individually to allow for a more organized transition of personnel and minimize lease holdover penalties at TLA Associate's existing facility. Based upon the successful completion of this project The Keystone Group was retained to complete two additional areas in the building and is working with TLA Associates on its long term planning for future expansion.
