Based upon its proven performance at 3500 Connecticut Avenue Starwood Urban Retail chose The Keystone Group to complete an extensive renovation at 1747 Connecticut Avenue. The scope of work included extensive architectural and structural demolition, the addition of an elevator and ADA compliant man lift, new lobby and public area finishes, new egress stairs, plumbing and electrical systems. To upgrade the building for code compliance and leasing purposes a new fire service and complete sprinkler system was installed. New electric service was provided by Pepco to feed the newly installed electrical distribution system. We are proud to announce that Starwood has awarded another substantial renovation project in Alexandria. Our proven track record in coordinating structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades made us the logical choice.
